This bok choy I started from seed on August 14th. Normally my best timing for brassicas is starting the seeds at the beginning of August for a December through mid-February harvest. However, for the past week we've had highs in the upper 90s and even triple digits, which has caused a number of my brassica seedlings to bolt.
